CSR is at the heart of our operations at Nirvanco. As a family-owned heavy machinery distributor, we are committed to driving positive change, both within the industry and across the communities that we serve.
We actively invest in education, inclusivity, and community development, having built 41 schools and one university, actively sponsoring centres for children with special needs, and providing continuous monthly financial support to over 1,000 children. Our commitment to diversity is reflected in facilitating an inclusive workforce of 600+ professionals.
Furthermore, as specialists in second-hand heavy construction and mining equipment, we also contribute to a sustainable, circular economy, partnering with rubber recycling facilities and reducing environmental impact through responsible sourcing and resale practices.

Our Founder
Hossein Abbasloo, Founder and CEO of Nirvanco, began his journey in the heavy machinery industry in 1990, starting not from privilege, but from perseverance. Born and raised in Sirjan, a small town in the Middle East, Hossein grew up in a modest home with eight siblings, where he learned the value of hard work and ambition from a young age.
Determined to create a better life, he left home with a vision, to build something meaningful, not just for himself, but for others. Supporting himself independently, he took a leap of faith by investing in his first loader, which he later resold, igniting his passion for machinery and trade.
That single transaction marked the start of a much bigger journey. Years later, after marrying his wife, the two joined forces to create Nirvanco, a company grounded in family values, and driven by a shared commitment to transparency, trust and long-term partnerships.
Together, they overcame countless challenges and steadily grew Nirvanco into what it is today: a globally respected name in second-hand and new heavy equipment, with a reputation for excellence across the construction, mining, and industrial sectors.
What began in 1990 with one machine is now a legacy built to last – powering progress for clients across the world.
